Diet:
Eliminate processed foods, sugars, animal fats, and junk foods. Drink plenty of liquids, herb teas, and vegetable juices. Consume plenty of foods high in fiber, such a oats, oat bran, grains, whole wheat bread and pasta, to assist bowels to function every day; raw fruits and vegetables.

Herbs:
Gotu kola, goldenseal, pau d'arco. Topically goldenseal powder with vitamin E oil and honey.
