Nerve can be pinched from sitting on a hard chair, wearing a wallet in back pocket, herniated disc. Usually treated by supervised exercises, acupuncture, and massage. A shallow bath with warm water for 20 minutes to 2 hours often provides relief.

Eat plenty of potassium-rich foods such as baked potatoes, avocadoes, dried fruits, yogurt, cantaloupe, spinach, bananas, mushrooms, milk, tomatoes.
