Abnormal tissue growths that may be benign or malignant. Benign growths occur as independent entities in the body without metastatic potential. But sometimes they turn malignant and hence spread to other parts of the body and return after surgical removal. Diet, smoking and environmental factors appear to play a significant role in the development of tumors.

Increase raw fruits and vegetables, preferably organically grown, legumes, nuts and seeds, whole grains, yogurt, olive oil, fish. Avoid animal proteins, dairy products, fast, junk and processed foods, salt, sugar, white flour.
