Exercise Does Not Help You Loose Weight

Researchers from City University of New York found that exercise is good but will not help in weight loss. This point was driven home when lead researcher Herman Pontzer studied the Hadza population of hunter-gathers in Tanzania who had extremely active lives, walking many hours and doing hard physical work every day. Yet, despite this, their daily energy expenditure is similar to that of someone leading a sedentary life in the US or Europe.
Although you may loose weight in the first days of starting a strenuous exercise regime, that weight loss will eventually slow and stop and may even reverse.
The real way to loose weight is to eat healthily and sensibly, and if I may also add, regulate your blood sugar levels and insulin secretions.
