STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN CREAM

Ingredients:
1 Tbs. plain gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup crushed strawberries
2 1/2 cups Nonfat Whipped Cream
Whole strawberries
Recipe:
1. Mix gelatin with cold water and leave 5 minutes.
2. Heat until gelatin dissolves.
3. Remove gelatin from heat; cool until partially set.
4. Beat gelatin until frothy and add to crushed strawberries.
5. Prepare Nonfat Whipped Cream according to recipe.
6. Fold in strawberry mixture.
7. Pour cream into chilled glasses.
8. Garnish with whole strawberries.
