Ingredients:
2 cups boiled rice
Sauce:
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons water
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon saffron
Salt and pepper

Recipe:
1. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
2. Prepare sauce by cooking onion in water until soft.
3. Add bouillon cube, saffron and salt and pepper. If sauce gets too dry add a little water.
2. Add sauce to cooked rice and mix well.
3. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly.
4. Correct seasoning and serve immediately.
