GINGER FRUIT BREAD

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon soda
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root
1/2 teaspoon allspice
6-ounce/150g package Sun Maid Fruit Bits
1 cup skim milk (zero fat)
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Recipe:
1. Stir the dry ingredients together including the ginger root.
2. Mix the milk with the egg white and stir into the dry ingredients; mix well.
3. Place batter in a non-stick loaf pan and bake at 375 F/190 C for 60 minutes, or until bread tests done.
