WHEAT-OAT RAISIN BREAD

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup golden raisins
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 1/2 cups water
4 teaspoons vinegar
Recipe:
1. In large bowl combine all dry ingredients together and mix well.
2. Mix water with vinegar and add to dry ingredients.
3. Briefly knead dough with floured hands; shape into a ball.
4. Place dough on a non-stick cookie sheet sprayed with lecithin (Pam).
5. Cut with a knife a 4-inch/10cm cross about 1/4-inch/6mm deep.
6. Bake in a preheated 350 F/175 C oven for about an hour.
