Ingredients:
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
1/4 teaspoon granulated fructose
1 tablespoon hot water
1/4 cup vinegar

Recipe:
1. Put the mint and fructose in bowl.
2. Add hot water, then pour vinegar, and allow to stand for 30 minutes. The hot water brings out the flavour of the mint.
