GRAPE FILLING OR JAM

Ingredients:
3 cups grapes
1 cup raisins
Recipe:
1. Wash grapes; slip off skins and set aside.
2. Cook grape pulp for 10 minutes, crushing with a wooden spoon.
3. Force grape pulp through a sieve to remove seeds.
4. Chop grape skins, and raisins and combine with grape-pulp mixture.
5. Boil for 20 minutes or until thick, stirring.
6. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 2 minutes.
7. Skim foam; stir and cool.
Serves:
about 4 cups
