Ingredients:
1/2 cup ground raw almonds
1/2 cup ground raw cashews
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1/4 cup ground sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon salad oil
1-2 tablespoons milk
1 egg white, slightly beaten

Recipe:
1. Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add oil, milk and egg white.
3. Work mixture with hands to form a firm but moist dough. Add 1 teaspoon milk if dough is too dry.
4. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch/6mm on to board sprinkled with a little ground almond (shape by hand into small flat patties if you prefer).
5. Cut into 2-inch/5cm rounds with cookie cutter.
6. Lift rounds with spatula on to a greased baking sheet.
7. Bake for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated 375 F/190 C oven.
8. Let cool on cookie sheet.
