Ingredients:
2 cups ground raw almonds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 egg white, slightly beaten

Recipe:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix in oil and egg white.
3. Work mixture with hands to form a firm but moist dough. Add a little milk if necessary.
4. Roll out to 1/4-inch/6mm thickness on surface sprinkled with a little ground almond.
5. Cut into 1 x3-inch/2.5cm x 7.5cm fingers.
6. Lift with spatula unto a greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake about 10 minutes in a preheated 375 F/190 C oven, or until firm and lightly browned.
