Ingredients:
6 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

2cups coarsely ground raw almonds (consistency of coarse sand-almonds should be felt in the bread)

Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F/190 C.
2. Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff.
3. Fold in carefully the coarsely ground almonds.
4. Pour the mixture gently into a greased loaf pan.
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
6. Allow to cool before cutting into slices.
