CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 1/2 cups skim milk
6-ounces/170g unsweetened chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 teaspoons dietetic maple syrup (Slim-ette)
2 1/2 cups Nonfat Whipped Cream
Garnish:
1 cup Nonfat Whipped Cream
Recipe:
1. In saucepan, mix gelatin with milk. Let stand 1 minute.
2. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
3. Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.
4. Beat mixture with wire whip or rotary blender until chocolate is blended.
5. Stir in vanilla and maple syrup.
6. Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
7. Prepare 3 1/2 cups Nonfat Whipped cream according to recipe instructions.
9. Fold in 2 1/2 cups whipped cream. If mixture is not sweet enough add more sugar substitute.
9. Turn into individual serving bowls and chill until set.
10. Garnish with the rest of the whipped cream.
