Ingredients:
2 pounds/1kg low-fat cottage cheese (1% fat)
8 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
1/2 tsp. salt
Garnish:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup artificial sweetener

Recipe:
1. Beat the cottage in blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Add the eggs and continue beating until well mixed.
3. Grease or spray with cooking spray a 9-inch/23cm spring-form pan and pour mixture into it.
4. Bake in a preheated 350 F/175 C oven for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Remove the sides of the spring-form.
6. Combine yogurt with artificial sweetener.
6. Serve cottage cheese hot, garnished with yogurt.
