YOGURT CREAM

Ingredients:
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1 cup skim milk
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
4 tsp. artificial sweetener
2 1/2 cups Nonfat Whipped Cream
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Recipe:
1. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
2. Heat milk in saucepan and add gelatin. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Pour cooled milk in a large bowl and add artificial sweetener and stir well.
4. Add the yogurt and mix.
5. Fold whipped cream and egg whites.
6. Refrigerate until firm.
Serves:
4 to 6
Notes:
You can add sliced strawberries or raspberries in step 4
