LIGHT WHIPPED CREAM

Ingredients:
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar substitute (Equal or Nutrasweet)
Recipe:
1. Chill milk in refrigerator tray until soft ice crystals form around edges of tray, 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Whip until stiff, about 1 minute.
3. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice; whip until very stiff, about 2 minutes.
4. Beat in sugar substitute. For a sweeter taste add more sugar substitute.
