SHRIMP SPREAD

Ingredients:
4 1/2-ounce/125g can shrimp, drained
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Recipe:
1. Put shrimps in blender or food processor with a little oil and beat until smooth and creamy.
2. Season with pepper, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and mix well
Serves:
1/2 cup
Notes:
Serving suggestion Serve with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices. Also delicious served as a pate on Seed Crispbreads or Almond Crispbread Fingers
