BEEF PATTIES WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients:
2 pounds/900g minced beef
2 medium onions, sliced
2 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe:
1. Form beef into 8 patties.
2. Saute in oil patties with sliced onions until meat is cooked.
3. Mix mustard, soy sauce with the milk and add into pan with beef patties.
4. Bring to a boil. Lower flame and simmer until sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot.

Notes:
Serve with a side-dish of sauteed Mushrooms with Oregano or Steamed Green Beans. A Raw Vegetable Salad with Nonfat French Dressing completes the meal nicely.
