BEEF STROGANOFF

Ingredients:
8 thin slices of beef tenderloin
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup hot water
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved
1 cup warm plain nonfat yogurt
3/4 teaspoon paprika
Black pepper
Recipe:
1. Saute meat in 2 tablespoons of oil for 1 minute on each side.

2. Put in serving platter.
3. Saute onion in remaining oil.
4. Add paprika, warm water, bouillon cube and yogurt.
5. Season with pepper and simmer for 1 minute. Do not boil as yogurt will curdle.
6. Pour hot sauce over beef slices and serve.
