PORK CHOPS IN WINE

Ingredients:
4 medium pork chops
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Recipe:
1. Saute chops in oil until golden brown on both sides.

2. Add salt, pepper and shallots; pour over wine.
3. Cover and simmer for20 minutes or until chops are tender.
4. Place chops on serving dish, pour over sauce and sprinkle with parsley.

Serving suggestion Serve with a side-dish of Cauliflower with Lemon and Garlic and a Tossed Greens and Vegetable Salad with Italian Dressing .
