HAM SLICES WITH WINE SAUCE

Ingredients:
4 thick ham slices, cooked
4 shallots, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1/2 cup hot water
1 beef boullion cube
1/2 teaspoon oregano
4 tablespoons tomato sauce concentrate
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
Recipe:
1. Combine shallots, wine, oil, bouillon cube and oregano in a saucepan.
2. Add tomato and simmer for 30 minutes.
3 Add milk to sauce and simmer for 10 minutes more.
4. Serve immediately on hot ham slices.
