SPICY CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1 chicken, skinless
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried ground chili pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cardamon seed, ground
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 cup ground blanched almonds
3 Tbs. sesame oil
1 Tbs. water
Recipe:
1. Remove skin from chicken.
2. Prick chicken all over with a fork.
3. Make a paste with the garlic, onion, chili peppers, cloves, salt, pepper, cardamon seeds, ginger, almonds, oil and water.
4. Cover the chicken thoroughly with the mixture, inside and out.
5. Place in a greased roasting pan or baking dish and roast for 1 hour or until tender.

Notes:
Most of the fat in chicken is in the skin. Fat content: Each serving has about 22g of fat.
