TERIYAKI SALMON

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz./125g each)
2 Tbs. teriyaki sauce
4 tsp. grated peeled gingerroot
1 Tbs. sesame oil
Parsley sprigs for garnish
Recipe:
1. Place salmon fillets on rack in broiling pan.
2. In cup, mix teriyaki sauce, gingerroot and sesame oil.
3. Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
4. Broil salmon 3-5 inches/8-12cm from source of heat, without turning for about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when
tested with a fork.
5. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
