Ingredients:
2 pounds/900g swordfish, sliced 1 1/2-inches/4cm thick
Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup olive or salad oil
2 teaspoons oregano
Salt and pepper

Recipe:
1. Blend well oil, lemon juice, oregano, mint, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Brush fish with this mixture.
3. Place on preheated broiler rack about 4 inches/10cm below flame.
4. Broil 5 minutes or until slightly brown; turn; brush again with mixture.
5. Broil about 7 minutes or until done.
6. Brush again with mixture before serving.
