GARLIC SHRIMP OR PRAWNS

Ingredients:
2 pounds/900g raw shrimp or prawns, shelled and deveined
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
4 tablespoons chopped shallot
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Saute shallot, garlic and chili for 3 minutes.
3. Add prawns and cook for 5 minutes or until they turn pink.
