Ingredients:
4 serving slices of any large fish (cod, halibut, haddock, tuna), boned (about 16 oz./450g)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 Tbs. olive or canola oil
1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground dried chili

Recipe:
1. Place slices in a greased baking dish.
2. Bake at 375 F/190 C for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, combine in a bowl the garlic, oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and chili; mix well.
4. At the end of the 10 minutes of baking time, pour one third of the sauce over the fish slices.
5. Bake fish for an additional 20 minutes, basting several times and turning once.
6. Place slices on serving dish and pour the hot sauce over it.

Fat content:
Any fish you choose has very little fat and lots of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Each serving of Hot Chili Fish will provide about 15g of fat.
