SHRIMP AND MUSHROOM SALAD

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shrimp
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms

Dressing:
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. wine vinegar
1 tsp. anchovy sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared English mustard
1 yoke of hard-boiled egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
Recipe:
1. Mix shrimp with mushrooms in a bowl.
2. Put dressing ingredients in blender or food processor and buzz until smooth.
3. Pour dressing over salad and mix together well.

Serving suggestion Serve on dish garnished with shredded lettuce leaves and sliced raw mushrooms
