MEAT BALLS WITH MARJORAM SOUP

Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 pound/225g ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg
Recipe:
1. Combine ground beef with onion, lemon rind, herbs, salt and egg.
2. Mix thoroughly into balls, the size of a small walnut.

3. Drop them into gently boiling water with bouillon cubes.
4. Cook 10 minutes and serve at once.
