Recipe:
1. Put cooked shrimp in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
2. Heat oil in frying pan; add onion and celery and cook until golden, stirring once or twice.
3. Boil water in saucepan; add milk, seasonings and onion-celery mixture; simmer until slightly thickened, stirring two
or three times.
4 Add shrimp to saucepan; heat to serving temperature.
