Ingredients:
2 pounds/900g fresh spinach or 1 pound frozen
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Recipe:
1. Clean and wash spinach thoroughly. Cook in its own juice in covered saucepan for 15 minutes. If using frozen spinach defrost in
colander and simmer until cooked. Allow to cool.
2. Beat the yogurt and garlic together, and add the mixture to the spinach. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with a little nutmeg or bacon bits. A lovely side-dish for most cold meat recipes.
