Ingredients:
1 pound/450g green beans
1 tablespoon chopped capers
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoons tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe:
1. Boil beans in salted water until tender. Remove from heat and drain. Cool.
2. Sprinkle beans with capers, garlic, tarragon, parsley, tomato, vinegar and oil.
