Ingredients:
1 young white cauliflower, cut into flowerettes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper

Recipe:
1. Break into flowerettes and boil or steam cauliflower for 10 to 15 minutes, until just tender. Drain well.
2 Heat oil in pan.
3. Add the lemon juice, the crushed garlic and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
4. Roll the cauliflower in this juice and keep over very low heat until it is heated through and has absorbed the lemon juice.
