Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 cups sliced zucchini
2 cups sliced fresh or canned mushroom
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 vegetable bouillon cube
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon ground raw almonds

Recipe:
1. Saute zucchini in oil.
2. Add mushrooms and grated ginger; cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce, vegetable bouillon cube, ground almonds and 1/2 cup water. Stir well.
4. Cook a further 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
