Incomplete digestion, manifested by pain, nausea, heartburn, belching, gas, vomiting, that may be a disorder or the symptom of one. Contributing factors may include low stomach acid, food allergies and food intolerances , stress, chronic presence of yeast organisms in stomach, gall-bladder disease. More rare causes are cancer of the stomach, coronary heart disease, and acute or chronic pancreatitis.
Diet:
Cut down on foods that make symptoms worse. Avoid refined carbohydrates, caffeine, fatty, fried or spicy food, soft drinks; limit dairy products, lentils, soybeans, peanuts. Eat fiber-rich foods, fresh vegetables and fruits. Eating small meals at regular times is often helpful; chew food thoroughly.

Coriander tea, ginger, aloe vera, triphala.
