APPLE CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dry curd cottage cheese (0.5% fat)
1 Tbs. nonfat dry skim milk powder
4 tsp. granulated fructose
3 Tbs. whole wheat pastry flour
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup apples, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Recipe:
1. Beat the cheese, milk, fructose and flour in blender until creamy and smooth.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into cheese mixture.
3. Add the diced apple.
4. Pour mixture into a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Bake in a 375 F/190 C preheated oven for 30 minutes.
6. Dust with cinnamon.
