Ingredients:
1 cup muesli cereal with raisins (without nuts or added sugar)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup wheat bran
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cummin
1/2 teaspoon allspice
5 tablespoons brandy
1/4 cup apple sauce)
1 cup skim milk (zero fat)
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Recipe:
1. Stir the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Combine the brandy with the apple sauce, the milk and the egg white.
3. Mix liquid with the dry ingredients and blend well.
4. Spoon the batter into a non-stick loaf pan sprayed with lecithin (Pam).
5. Bake in a preheated oven set at 375 F/190 C for about one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
2. Combine the brandy with the apple sauce, the milk and the egg white.
