Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon natural yogurt (as starter)
1 teaspoon natural yogurt (as starter)
Recipe:
1. Put milk in pan.
2. Heat milk to just below boiling point. Cool.
3. Pour milk in blender or food processor and add 1 teaspoon yogurt. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
4. Leave in room temperature for at least 5 hours or until firm curd is achieved.
5. Put in the refrigerator to firm the yogurt.
