Ingredients:
5 thin slices smoked ham
3 large onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cummin
4eggs or equivalent Egg Replacer or other egg substitute, slightly beaten

Recipe:
1. Grease a pie tin and line with ham slices.
2. Saute onions in frying pan with oil until transparent.
3. Add salt, cummin and the eggs.
4. Stir over low heat for a few minutes, then turn into the pie tin.
5. Bake in a hot oven (450 F/230 C ) for 10 minutes, reduce heat to moderate (350 F/190 C ) and bake for a further 20 minutes, until the top is golden and the filling has set.
