ACIDOSIS

Excessive acidity of body fluids caused by accumulating acids or by the loss of bicarbonate base. Acidemia is an acidosis of the blood.

Diet:
Eat half your foods raw, preferably apples, avocados, bananas, grapes and all vegetables. Avoid beans, cereals, crackers, eggs, grains, oily foods and sugar.

Nutrients:
Kelp, potassium, vitamins A and B complex. Reduce vitamin C for a while or use non-acid varieties.
