Common syndrome of all living organisms, but it may be accentuated by nutrient malabsorption, stress and vascular problems.

Diet:
Avoid alcohol, smoking, refined foods, saturated fats, animal proteins, sugar and eating too much. Eat lots of raw vegetables and fruit, carotenes, flavonoids and high fiber foods. Increase intake of olive oil and fish.

Nutrients:
Superoxide dismutase (SOD), amino acids, protein, calcium, magnesium, selenium, vitamins A, C, E, D, lecithin, coenzyme Q10.

Grape seed extract, hawthorn.
