Disorders reaching the stage of neuroses, characterized by feelings of anxiety, apprehension, dread, and panic attacks especially as they relate to the future, over and above these caused by the attritions of everyday life. Food and chemical intolerances may lead to drop of blood sugar which may exibit symptoms of panic attacks. Regulation of blood sugar and brain chemicals is most important.
High-fiber diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid refined carbohydrates, sugars, caffeine and alcohol.
Vitamins B complex especially B1, B3, B6, magnesium, manganese and calcium.
Kava-kava, valeriana, St. John's Wort, hops, chamomile, passion flower.
