ATHLETE’S FOOT


A fungus infection of the foot caused by various dermatophytes, which thrive in a warm and humid environment.

Diet:
Avoid processed foods, sugars, alcohol, grains, yeast products. Eat whole yogurt, raw fruits and vegetables, fish, chicken.

Nutrients:
Acidophilus, garlic, vitamins B complex, C, A, zinc, UFAs.

Herbs:
Goldenseal, pau d'arco, topically Tea Tree oil.
