BURSITIS

Inflammation of the bursae, small, padlike, fluid-filled sacs in connective tissue in the vicinity of the joints.

Diet: 
Avoid junk foods and simple carbohydrates. Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables.

Nutrients: 
Calcium, magnesium, enzymes, protein supplements, vitamins A, E, C with bioflavonoids.
