CHLAMYDIA

A common sexually transmitted infection caused by intracellular parasites similarly named. Because the disease occurs without symptoms in the great majority of women (70%), it is not known how many adults have the disease; in teenagers it is apparently rampant. Test yourself for infection and see your physician.

Diet:
A diet of fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, brown rice, seeds and nuts, and garlic.
