DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE II

Symptoms include frequent urination and thirst, weight loss, cramps, urinary tract infections among others. Complications of diabetes are atherosclerosis, kidney failure, damage to the peripheral nerves, scarring of the retina.

Replace saturated fats with monounsaturated oils like olive oil.
