Diet:
Raw vegetables and fruits, grains, seeds, nuts, celery, cherries, blueberries, strawberries and their juices. Avoid alcohol, red meat, gravies, cakes, pies, sugar, white flour, and all high-purine foods like anchovies, asparagus, consomme, herring, mushrooms, mussels, organ meats, sardines, sweetbreads.
