White vaginal discharge without blood, often caused by chlamydia (Trichomonal vaginalis) and sometimes by a yeast called monilia (such as Candida albicans). Other causes may be excessive douching, vitamin B deficiency, antibiotics or oral contraceptives, intestinal worms. Common in diabetic and pregnant women.
Diet:
Avoid alcohol, sugar, white flour and yeast products. Eat lots of vegetables, fish, turkey, chicken.
Nutrients:
Garlic capsules, UFAs, acidophilus, vitamins B complex, C, A, D, E.
Herbs:
Pau d'arco, goldenseal.
