SENILITY

A state of physical and/or mental weakness commonly associated with old age. Risk factors may be brain tumors, deafness, depression, drugs, kidney or liver problems, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems.

Diet:
Balanced high fiber diet with lots of raw foods, whole grains, nuts, yogurt, olive oil, fish.

Nutrients:
Vitamins B complex with extra B3 and B12, C, E, coenzyme Q10.

Gingko biloba, blue cohosh.
