Balanced fiber-rich diet with steamed vegetables and fruits, rice, potatoes, fish, olive oil, oats, carrot juice. Avoid refined carbohydrates such as sugar and white flour, alcohol, coffee, yeast in excess, hydrogenated fats, shellfish, peanuts, fried foods. Check for allergies to wheat and dairy products.
